offer fell through and the day after the house was put on the market again, we

The second offer fell
through just before closing again and our house went back on the market. The

We finally sold our house

I just wanted to
update you on the sale of our home at xxxx
The house was on
the market for slightly less than a month before we received an offer. It
listed on April 23rd and we had an offer/contract by May 19th (I don't know the
exact date). It sold on Friday June 20th for 96% of the listing
price.
I think the
staging and suggestions that you made helped a lot. When the house was
listed it seemed to me that there were several houses in the neighborhood in
the same price range that were potentially nicer than ours, but ours sold
quickly anyway.
We would not
hesitate to recommend your services to others.
